No worries, I think it may be over kill, as over here, they don't care how many you have and always better to have an extra just in case. I wonder what happened in that state to make that clause AND issue a whole number when replaced?
The only thing I can guess is the recorded stamps must all match the same stamp for cross-referencing if called into question. If you have two registered documents with 2 different-looking stamps, they may also question the legality of it if a sharp lawyer used that in court somehow. |
