Actually, Julie is a notary-turned-signing service as of 2021 (per their website). Others have done the same without being bashed as subcontracting - think Negrete. I don't know Julie. I've never worked with her/her company. I'm only going by what I see on her 'site.
"Was the fee offered worth doing the assignment?" Not for me. Signing location was a distance from me. I did counter with my fee for that zip plus the extras they were requesting. No response. I didn't really expect any. |
