But, why would those people with faulty docs go to SOS? Wouldn't they first go to county clerk to find out what the issue is? Or, to TC (or hiring party) for resolution? Or, to actual notary for a redo?

Perhaps I'm not thinking this through, but, IMO and given your example of rejected docs, setting up outside the county clerk's office would bring more business than setting up at SOS' office. If I'm missing something, please explain. TIA! Smile
