Yes, it was a signing company who reached out by text. I asked them to forward Fidelity's terms with regards to their request. I did receive an email, but it wasn't satisfactory, nothing that convinced me it originated with Fidelity.

I do alot of signings under the Fidelity umbrella and have yet to be asked for proof of auto liability coverage, that this signing service states became a requirement in 2023.
