| I did a number of signing for them last year and was always paid in about two weeks. Then things changed around the first of August 2023. They started paying in 6 weeks. When I inquired, I was told that they pay in 30 business days, not 30 calendar days and they only count Monday through Friday as business days. That means six weeks. I stopped accepting assignments from them. I thought the change was a sign that they had either changed hands or had fallen on hard times. It was a bad sign. They do loan modifications. |
