Many, many platform lowballers. <delete> quite a few of those. However, yesterday, had an interesting one from Signing Catch (platform) for a buyers' package in South Lake Tahoe -- a 2-hour drive (one way) from me -- for today at 11:30am for Stewart's Title. I do go to SLT ... for a fee of $475. They were offering $90. I countered with my fee -- 3 times. Then, all of a sudden, they put it through again ... this last time with a fee of $275. I countered again with my fee. Oh btw! each time I was countering, I was also advising I'd need docs by last night.
Funny ... never did hear back from them. I'm thinking someone snatched it up when it suddenly went to $275. 
Like I tell them *when* they call ... I don't mind driving; I enjoy driving. However, my fee reflects all expenses, expertise, equipment and time involved. If they're willing to meet my fee, I'm willing to drive the distance.
