(I forget to mention that Ben was present as a witness for a POA signing I conducted yesterday.) I have to tell you that because of the nature of my notary work in the past mostly being loan documents and real estate acquisition and sale transactions, I have never had a witness be the WALKING/TALKING ID who knows both the client and the notary. Ben provided that service for our client yesterday.
