The Form 4506 is not a notarized document. To have one of your "associates" bring over the 4506 to be signed is, i/m/o, not the least bit unprofessional, assuming your "associate" performs at least as "professionally" (read: dress and manner) as you did.

Is it unprofessional to have a spouse or adult child bring the sealed doc package to the UPS/FedEx drop location? They could open it up and look at the 1003, etc.

I suspect the borrower would be very happy NOT to be exposed to your miserable cold, if it could be avoided, which would be the considerate and professional act.

But that's silly me.
