As someone else posted, don't go back out until you have a fee agreement for the third trip by email. If I receive an order confirmation and it does not have the agreed upon fee on it, I email them back stating that I will not be able to go to the aptmt until I have the agreed upon fee by email. They never seem to get offended and they comply.
