At least once a year or so, a signing service or others will receive a check (mine’s) that clearly does not belong to them. Yet, they will deposit it.
Don’t they have checks and balances in place that prohibits them from making these types of mistakes? I do! Even when checks are made out to my business and are not reconciled to my books. I quickly return said checks to the TC.
My guess is that they do not have the time to do what I do. IMJS.
