Of course she did. They have to draw up the proper news media releases and such. She has also been a lot sicker than they let on with just "mobility" issues. At 96 however, she had a great life!
RIP, she's been on the throne longer than I have been alive, it seems weird they have a king now. The problem is, nobody really likes Charles. It will be interesting to see how they adapt to him.
