| I had the option of taking the first refi plan offered me - I chose to say no. therefore, I do not feef compelled to feel sorry for anyone else, nor do I feel that they should be bailed out, thru my taxes, etc. If I can shop, so can others. LO's are only pushing what will do them the best, ie, commissions, not what is best for the bor. And just because it is presented at a table doesn't mean one must sign. If it takes one 2-3 mos. to find the right vehicle, then so be it. Unfortunately, many feel entitled to fast service, regardless of the consequences, and only think of the immediate benefits. A clear case of not doing one's due diligence. JMO |
