That's not what it says at all. It doesn't mention Trump or those who oppose him - it says if you're bothered by the fact that some are criticizing the president or the government, you are free to go to a country where that is not allowed. Period.
That's the First Amendment in a nutshell- we, as Americans, are free to criticize and question our government and our leaders without being subjected to punishment for doing so. There's no law that says we have to agree with the President and his policies, no law that somehow makes us un-American or unpatriotic for doing so. Do you deny any of those statements? If you want that, go somewhere else where dissent is not allowed. My guess is that it won't be a pleasant experience.
