Chris Matthew forced to resign from MSNBC
Posted by MikeC/TX of TX on 3/2/20 7:23pm Msg #73367
Matthews, who I personally considered the most annoying of the MSNBC hosts because he constantly talked over his guests and others, stepped down because of comments he has made on-air lately about Sanders and Warren, and inappropriate comments he made off-air to at least one semi-regular female guest.

70-year old men have to learn at some point that the days when they were able to say whatever they wanted to - especially to much younger women - are long gone. They watch all of what is going on around them - Bill O'Reilly, Matt Lauer, Charlie Rose - and think they are somehow immune to it, but they never are. And so they pay a price - a career that goes down in flames when they weren't ready for it to end.

I never liked the guy, but I am sorry to see him go out this way. In the end, you reap what you sow.
