They don't - there is no "membership" in Antifa per se. It's a name describing a loose coalition of various groups and individuals, unstructured and with no chain of command. Those groups actually had very little if any involvement in the recent protests based on media reviews of arrest records.
I thought it was interesting that in his speech last night, Trump (who has made Antifa a left-wing menace) was talking about left-wing fascists. He - or his speechwriter - clearly doesn't understand what a fascist is. |
