You do realize, don't you, that the infrastructure bill Biden has proposed carries the same price tag that Trump's proposal carried - $2 Trillion. As an avid Trump supporter who believed he would do everything he promised he would, you know that, right?
The difference: Biden is specific about what it would be spent on and how it would be paid for, while Trump was kind of vague about what he wanted to do and where the money would come from.
The reality is that there are only two possible options to pay for either plan - higher taxes or increased debt. Trump promised the moon but never said how he would pay for it - and now you're upset because Biden is being honest about the price tag? |
