No person who has reached the age of 70 yr old may run for election to the US congress or be elected to the office of vice president or president.
All judges appointed under article 3 of the constitution shall retire at the age of 70.
This amendment shall take effect on the first July 4th after 4 years have passed after the approval of this amendment. |
