Same for you, most of the time you nitpick on little thing and miss the big picture. You are hung up on the word "seize" when it is widely accepted in the confiscation of drugs everywhere.
I was trying to explain, but it went over your head. It's a huge problem in the USA, you refuse to believe it. I guess it's easier just to give out Narcan for the overdoses than to curb it at the source. Here in FL, they are even supplying it free to all college kids and having elementary teachers have them in their classrooms.
