The federal government's vast and disconcerting campaign to curb politically disfavored speech on social media has finally encountered a setback. On Tuesday, District Court Judge Terry Doughty ruled against the Biden administration in a pivotal free speech case brought by Republican attorneys general on behalf of individuals punished by social media companies at the behest of federal officials.

To call those in, and on, the media who are crying wolf over this, "journalist", I think is a stretch. If one reads a copy of the actual judges' ruling and compare it to the "outrage" these low-information, and lazy "journalist" claim is his ruling, it is clear just how fake these 'hair on fire' alarmists are working overtime to manipulate low information viewers (e.g. the ones who will not take a couple of minutes to view the 7 page ruling themselves).
All these people, including some law professors and practicing lawyers, that are claiming this is a "far reaching order", clearly either have not read the ruling, or if they have, are straight up lying for their own political agendas (page 5 in the link below proves this).
What they don't want to tell their viewers is that the order is telling the Biden-Harris administration that they, nor their agents, can violate people's Constitutionally protected FREE SPEECH just because they don't like what is said, or it hurts them politically (since the Biden-Harris administration has proven that they do not believe they are subject to the restrictions the US Constitution places on government; Article 1, specifically for this case)
I will leave you with this KEY PHRASE that is repeated throughout the ruling that the left and the left wing media leave out in order for them to more easily manipulate their supporters into a made up outrage;
[...ARE HEREBY ENJOINED AND RESTRAINED from taking the following actions as to social-media
companies: ...]
*** "...for the purpose of urging, encouraging, pressuring, or inducing in any manner removal, deletion, suppression, or reduction of content posted with social-media companies containing protected free speech..." ***

Even without this ruling, the Biden-Harris administration, and their agents, are not allowed to do it!
So if you happen to have been one of those people who the left and their media agents were able to manipulate (there really isn't any other word for it), perhaps knowing this now will help you to realize that regardless of where you get your news from (left wing or right wing media) considering the partisan state of our media today, we have to be willing to take a few minutes to do our own research before we allow ourselves to be so easily manipulated for their political agendas.
