| Dont know if this would be a resource but if your father was a member of a VFW or American Legion they might be able to help you. If he was a member, as a child you can join the VFW. You could also go to the national website at vfw.org and see if they might have relevent info or contact them with your request. If you are looking for something that was real personal to him and if he was a member of these organizations you might be able to talk to some of his comrades or descendents of his comrades.
