Others, even McDonald's, is healthier.
I do a lot of Subway vegetarian with avo on the run. Healthiest, no salt, garlic olive oil and pepper. DELISH.
Check this out, if want to eat healthy and can't make it to Bear900's kitchen farm table.

Also, the Mayo Clinic has recommendations for eating as well as possible on the run.
I had early dinner with a new neighbor, she invited other guests whom she met in her offshore nursing career in Morocco, Spain, and Japan. The fair was a delicious garden-grown salad with beets, carrots, greens, cukes, parsley, arugula and red onion. The hostess grilled veggies and we had a fabulous pasta with homemade marinara sauce made from homegrown tomatoes. Pear slices, white cheddar cheese and cashews for appetizers. I brought the wine! Pinot. Guiltless dining. Then we went for a five-mile hike. It makes you feel good to eat well and exercise mildly after. Beats the heck out of riding around in your car all day eating on the run between signing gigs.
