Removing humidity.

Exactly. It's not cold air blowing... it is "conditioning" of existing ambient air.
My first thought was if I'm running a fan over ice, the heat has already seared my brain. No way anything can stay frozen long enough to make a difference when temp & humidity that high. A/C not optional here or FL.

(Spent 3+ years as sales & marketing admin to mechanical eng.)
