I had an updated MRI early in the week on the hip I fractured and got a call with results last night.
News was good! Hip has completely healed but it felt good to hear how well. The fracture caused the bone to slide into itself a bit so I have a wider leg swing now and can stretch further on that leg. Slight benefit.
Muscles are catching up but I can easily do 30 minutes on the bike and walk a brisk 1/2 mile on an incline. Muscles will stiffen up pretty tight after the walking still.
