| Saw this last night. Had to break it into two segments. Three and a half hours is too long for me. I think this movie was more about the actors than the characters they played. As great as De Niro and Pacino are, they can't seem to shake their New York accents when playing characters who are not from New York. They needed to hire younger actors to play the characters back in the fifties and sixties. I think that die hard Scorcese fans will love it, but for me it was just okay. |
