I have no idea of who sent this to me, but went through a "home test" of basically holding your breath and counting to 10. If you can do this easily and no coughing, discomfort, tightness, stuffiness, you have no fibrosis in your lungs and ok. The Coronavirus usually has a 50% fibrosis in the lungs by the time you start showing symptoms of fever and ill-feeling.
Ok, easy enough...self check every AM.
