I've had a bank that deserved this

and I recently had to notarize purchases for them. I went many years ago and pulled out a large sum of money from them for so many deposit errors into wrong accounts and then charging me for the overdraft. Nope....I will not pay for your mistakes. I won that argument and have never looked back and am quite happy with my current bank.

My philosophy is you can make 1 mistake cuz no one is perfect but after that...no excuses.
