Have fun. Amtrack is a nice way to go. I took it several times from Ohio to NY with my little ones. The first time we got a sleeper car I went to bed and in the morning the conductor pounds on my door scaring the life out of me. I fell out of bed on my side (theres a little rail there so you dont fall out) I hit my shoulder so hard I thought I broke it, I couldnt open the door but managed to get up after a few mins. Nothing broken. Talk about a rude awakening. But it was a fun trip. Enjoy your visit and congratulations to your son!
