When away from the business, are you really away?
Posted by Alz of CA on 4/27/21 1:25pm Msg #32972
Didn't know where to put this, as it does relate to the leisure part of our lives.

Only in the most recent years, I've given myself permission to be okay with getting away from the business to enjoy myself, so to speak. I discovered a noticeable difference from when "I worked for a living". That is to say, when I worked in Corporate America, I made sure that I took all of the days and weeks given for that year. Needless to say, it took a very long time after starting the business to develop what I had previously learned about "Work, Life, Balance" from an employer.

When away from the business, are you really away? IMJS.
