So sorry to hear this - hope he's on the mend soon.
I'm doing much better, but have days where my breathing just isn't right (which in and of itself causes panic, making it worse). My daughter sent me a bottle of Camphor Oil and a diffuser necklace....I had a really bad day Saturday, struggling to breathe, and I put that on later in the day, it helped ease the breathing immensely and since Sunday have been much better. Bless her heart...
It's the gift that keeps on giving - I still get winded easily and get worn out a lot quicker than I used to (I'll never admit it's my age!! LOL!!) |
