Will say that Verizon* was very good about calling me to help me troubleshoot. And guess what? Even though I had been resetting, rebooting, restarting . . . supposedly if there are too many apps running in the background this can create a problem (like, a backup maybe??).
Anyway, I learned something new about my phone - and am somewhat embarrassed at not knowing that all those running "windows" open can (and should) be "swiped" closed when not in use. Don't know if this will solve the recurring problem, but at least I'm more Edu-cated!
*Don't know if my switching service providers motivated the Big V network to be so responsive. At any rate I got immediate help. I hate to leave 'em after just over two decades. |
