I still, to this day, see signs stating that there is a "coin shortage" so correct change would be appreciated or use a debit or credit card.
What????? There is no coin shortage! There may have been one quite a while ago during the pandemic but the mint is back to running on all cylinders.

Flying coach, you have to pay for meals and snacks but they don't handle cash!
There are other businesses that deal only in debit or credit.
In the bible, it states that there will be a cashless society, one world nation, one religion, one leader. This will be the tribulation.
You can't deny that the end of this world, as we know it, is getting closer and closer.
