Flamingos get their pink colour from their diet. Apparently what they eat is high in alpha and beta carotene.
The stingray shuffle is what you do in the ocean to avoid stingrays, which live in the shallow waters, shuffle your feet slowly through the sand to let the stingrays know you are there and they can get out of your way. (They won't attack you as they are not agressive) |
