If you need to describe the method used to verify a signer's identity as part of your notarial act, the Signer Identity Verification Stamp can be stamped directly on to your notarized document. If you do not know the signer personally and they produced satisfactory evidence of identification, check the Produced Identification box and describe the form of ID below it. If you know the signer personally, you may check the Personally Known box.
