Click for details		$10,000 New Mexico Notary Bond and $10,000 New Mexico Notary Errors and Omissions Insurance Policy from Travelers covering the term of your commission. The notary bond is required in order to become a New Mexico notary public and must generally be filed with the commissioning authority, either at the point of application or after.

The Travelers New Mexico bond and E&O insurance combo can only be purchased at the beginning of a commission term. The insurance policy covers the entire term of the commission and may be upgraded to a maximum coverage limit of $100,000 within the first 6 months of purchase. We recommend purchasing at least $25,000 in coverage.
