Almost 100% of my work is reverse. I always put in the dates for the signers, and the title company knows I do this. I even write in the word trustee if the signers are weak & having trouble. I have never had a problem. And, by the way when I do conventional mortgage signings (I did a ton during Covid) I still put in the dates for everyone, and never had a problem. But I write the borrower's dates as 4-22-24, I write my dates as 22 April 24. So my dates do not look like their dates. Never had a problem. Yes, Provident was the one that was amazingly picky. Someone told me some years ago they they have a new person in charge of the rules & that they totally lightened up. They wouldn't even let you cross out & initial a change! |
