Oregon has a law that says that your signature is your signature, period. The only rule is that is consistent. It can be a picture, an X, or a symbol and does not need to be legible.
The date thing is crazy. In many documents in many of my packages, the signature lines are pre-dated by the lender or title so what difference if the signers date their signatures? |
