Sure, Oregon notary law at https://www.oregonlegislature.gov/bills_laws/ors/ors194.html says, in the definitions section,
(16) "Signature" means a tangible symbol or an electronic signature that evidences the signing of a record.
But that probably isn't the only Oregon law that has something to say about a signature. Also, that law doesn't say it has to be consistent. |
