The drill is the same...when biz drops, fees drop, payments are deferred in favor of rent, utilities, telephone, staff. Notaries are aton the bottom of the pile for payment. There are simply too many other higher priority expenses.
Then suddenly we hear, we're going out of business, we have no money to pay our notaries. They don't file BK, they just fade away. Then one day, they sprout up again under a new guise, like fairy dust, all sparkly and full of enthusiasm when business seems to be coming back, only to bite the dust once again after not paying the notaries.
I don't see any merit in waiting for "eventually" being paid, while working for bird seed. Just doesn't make sense. |
