Do an orange search button here for Laurie Manzaneres' post about "theft of services". It's been during 2017 that she posted methodology for getting paid.

Sorry you're going through this. Apparently Mr. Tomlinson has no moral compass. Best wishes for getting paid. He is apparently still in the signing service business, even though The Notary Spot bit the dust a couple of years ago.
