| I did one refinance closing for him in August of 2016, and his client was Carrington Title. All collection attempts were ignored. For several months after the closing I tried calling, e mailing, faxing, sending a message through facebook . . . he ignored everything. Yet in November of 2016, he posted a pretty picture of a sunset in Hawaii on his facebook page where he proudly claimed "that's the sunset outside of the hotel I frequent in Oahu". His beautiful picture received 10 likes and 2 loves. I would like to send a message to all 12 of those people and let them know how he paid for his trip to Hawaii to enjoy that beautiful sunset . . . by hiring notaries and not paying them! Just like Frank Amari from Speedy Closings . . . paying for their lavish vacations with our money. Carrington Title told me that they fired him because of all the complaints they were receiving from notaries for non-payment. I guess he didn't fair so well with 123 Lump Sum. No trips to Hawaii in his near future. I hope he saved $2,000 back so he can declare bankruptcy just like all the other deadbeats before him. |
