Perhaps, but this makes no sense to me at all. You don't just start calling NSAs and say, "Hey, have you lost your house or business to the fire?" 
If a stranger did that to me, I'd hang up thinking it was a scammer.
I'm pretty baffled. Why? Because the topic at hand is about NSAs are who lost their homes due to the Santa Rosa Fires, but then there is a stonewall of any further information.
