I recently had occasion to call a locksmith to unlock my door. I mention this in this thread because the charge was broken down with a "CALL OUT FEE". I like that term. It doesn't designate a travel fee, but it supplies information that the provider's time costs. The minimum would be for the Call Out Fee PLUS $15, adding more for however long it took to do the job. In my case, I knew I'd have to pay at least $35, and it could escalate for the time involved to handle the problem.
