Hi Maria...I would start by fixing your profile on here as you have "E-mail: Please try back during normal business hours" (not sure why you did this) and register in as many other places as possible to get yourself out there with 4-star companies.

As Linda said, people will not train their competition, and when we do loan closings, they all contain private, confidential information you cannot be a part of. To go through and do moc closings is a time endeavor nobody will be willing to do to train competition.
This is not the best time for this profession as it is a dying field. The more electronic and streamlined we get, the fewer need for us.
