It's just over 30 days since the re-drawn docs were signed. Continue to try contacting him. You might try sending a collection letter and your invoice by certified mail to his mailing address as well as faxing the collection letter and invoice to his office. And, if you haven't given him your W-9, send that with your collection letter. I would suggest you not start contacting all those companies and people until you've exhausted all your collection efforts over the next 15 to 30 days. And, you never contact the borrower! They paid for your service through the closing costs to the title company.
