Yeah, I agree with all of you. I quit doing reg. loan applications years ago, and also thought we needed to be licensed for especially these. I am pretty sure if they had no way to make copies,and wanted pictures on my phone of pertinent documents, none of this would have been ready just to over see or filled out in advance. I can do a cash closing in 10 minutes for the same price, easy, peezy. So glad common sense kicked in.
