Well, guess I have been extremely lucky - knock on wood - when I get a RM loan app assignment, I call the borrower and ask them if they have been requested to have certain documents available for me to send back with the package. If they say yes but "we don't have a computer" I tell them to get the documents together, along with their driver's lic. and either a passport, ss card or military ID card and take them all to their bank who will copy everything for them. If they say no then I tell them that I will call them back when I have the list and tell them what they need to have ready for me and how to get the copies.
So far it has worked. |
