I have been attempting to receive payment for a settlement that occurred on MM/DD/YY for Signer(s). I have called, faxed, emailed to Client ?? with no response. The total amount due is $250.00
I, therefore, must remind you of the following:
I am a sworn public official from the State of Ohio.
When fraud is perpetrated in the course of my official duties, I am obligated to take the following actions:
a. Notify the Attorney General of the details and circumstances of the occurrence.
b. Notify the Secretary of State of Ohio to look into the matter of whether Client ?? should maintain their license to do business in the state.
c. Notify other notaries public of the details of non-payment.
d. Contact the Signer(s).
e. Register the details of the occurrence with the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau and the Better Business Bureau.
