| and talking on her cell phone with the other....and trying to text. I pretty much drop at this Fed Ex every day, so, I know the driver by sight and her name. Anyway, told the manager I wanted to file a complaint. The manager said the routes are franchised out to delivery companies and I would have to call the owner of the route/trucking company. Fed Ex doesn't own the trucks nor are the drivers Fed Ex employees. I did call the "route" owner/franchisee. Never did get a return call after numerous attempts. |
