Now THAT was a place that understood customer service! At least I can say that about the local one at the time.
Open 24 hours, always friendly staff, always staffed with enough people so that even if there was a wait, it was not very long.
FedEx bought Kinko's for $2.4B in 2004; cut out the open 24 hours policy, reduced the services offered, reduced the staff, reduced the overall customer service experience, imo ... Ahh, Progress! LOL |
