THANK YOU fellow NSA's! Had absolutely NO IDEA Pres. Mark posted my email to him in my attempt to get paid. He failed to post his employee's emails to me telling me that I was a 'late signer' because I refused to sign their contract and therefore a check would NOT be sent to me until the 31st of this month..... See guys, you gotta hear the whole story.
Have no idea why good old 'Lucky Dog' says I made a "stink, publicly" about this SS. Isn't this forum for SA's? I thought we could share among ourselves - but apparently that isn't the case. As it is I did get the check in a deposit my bank made on July 28th... not the 21st as Mark says. The 21st is the date his 3rd party payroll processor charged his company account apparently. BTW, I have NEVER signed for this company before and believe me, after their unethical action... assuring me I did not have to sign contracts with them, then insisting that my pay is TIED to my signing their contract after I had closed and sent docs, is a loathsome act.... - Almost as low as Mark just displayed. Glad you guys let me know he did that. I will now contact his client Premium Title to give them a heads up about their 3rd party scheduler. |
